QRtez - Trilingual QR Code Platform

QRtez is a trilingual QR code platform for businesses and individuals. It covers the full lifecycle: generate codes, manage them from a dashboard, and track scans with real analytics.

The core generator is free and requires no account. Dynamic codes, analytics, URL shortening, and bulk generation are available on the Pro plan, currently free on signup.

Generate

Thirteen input types cover the most common use cases:

Every code is fully customizable: 8 color presets plus custom colors, logo upload in two sizes, top and bottom text labels, and four error correction levels. Export as high-res PNG (1024px with label compositing) or SVG vector.

Static generation is entirely client-side. Wi-Fi passwords, payment details, and phone numbers stay on the device.

Manage

Sign up to access a cloud dashboard for organizing and editing codes after creation.

Dynamic QR codes use a short redirect URL that can be updated after the code is printed. Change the destination without reprinting. Slugs are auto-generated or custom, with reserved words blocked.

URL shortener works independently of QR codes. Create short links, track their performance, and manage them from the same dashboard.

Bulk generation accepts CSV uploads for URL, Text, Wi-Fi, and vCard types. Up to 1,000 rows per file. Download all generated codes as a ZIP or export as CSV with preview URLs. Template files included.

The dashboard supports search by title and description, filters by type and date range, grid and list views, pagination, and inline editing.

Measure

Every dynamic QR code and short URL tracks scans with real data.

Analytics are segmented by:

• Country (via Cloudflare edge geolocation)
• Device type (mobile vs. desktop)
• Browser
• Operating system

View scan trends over 7, 30, or 90 days. Scans are deduplicated per IP and slug within a 30-second window to prevent inflated counts.

Architecture

QRtez runs on Cloudflare's edge network with a split architecture:

• Frontend: Next.js 15 static export on Cloudflare Pages, auto-deployed from GitHub
• API: Hono on Cloudflare Workers
• Database: Neon Postgres with Drizzle ORM
• Auth: Google OAuth via Better Auth
• Caching: Cloudflare KV with 60-second TTL for redirect lookups
• Security: CSP headers, HTTPS-only URL validation, dangerous scheme blocking, rate limiting

Redirects resolve through KV first, falling back to Postgres. Short URL redirects stay fast regardless of database latency.

Three languages are fully supported: English, Russian, and Tajik, with over 1,200 translated strings per language.
